MOHAMAD AZMI BIN ISMAIL (Managing Director)
A Mechanical Engineer graduated from University Teknology MARA (UiTM), Shah Alam.He started his career in PROTON. He served the company for seventh (7) years. His last position at PROTON was Assistant Manager PPC Department. He was then pinch by Ikeda IOM (M) Sdn Bhd, a company vendor to PROTON and was promoted to Material Control Manager. He was the key personnel in the success of cost reduction programme through JUST IN NEED SYSTEM (introduced by him) amounting to RM 1.0 Million local parts. In 1998, he was then invited to join Novalab Industries Sdn Bhd and was again the key personnel to the success of Laboratory System of University Malaysia Sabah project amounting to RM 34.0 Million. Seeing his potential in the manufacturing line and with his proven ability and commitment, he started COMPETENT ALLIANCE SDN BHD in 2001 with a paid-up capital RM 35,000-00. In just two (2) year 2003, he managed to groom the company to be one of the leading bumiputra company in metal based furniture and increased the paid-up capital to RM1.0 Million.

SAHILLAH BIN IBRAHIM (Technical & Operation Director)
Holds a Mechanical Engineering Degree from University Of Akron, Ohio, USA. He started his career at Kig Glass Ind.Bhd in 1988 as Asst. Section Head. He then moved to Ikeda I.O.M (M) Sdn.Bhd.in 1994 as an Asst. Manager Engineering Department. In the year 2001, he was promoted to Production Manager in Carinpa (M) Sdn Bhd (a company subsidairi to Ikeda IOM (M) Sdn Bhd.) He was later offered by Encik Azmi Ismail to join him in Novalab Industried Sdn Bhd as Factory Manager in 2001. Within one (1) year, they then together started COMPETENT ALLIANCE SDN BHD in 2001. Encik Sahillah is the key personnel incharged of technical aspect to ensure quality, safety and fullfilling the high technical requirements by CASB valued customers.
